Darwin: Part 3

I enjoyed my evening at the Deckchair Cinema. Probably one of the “must dos” in Darwin. It is an independent, open air cinema. Deckchairs and normal chairs available. There is a bar as well as catering. I wasn’t aware of this bit- looked like tasty Indian food too! Many people come for dinner, a few drinks, watch the sunset and then the movie starts at 7pm.

The movie was a Brazilian movie- subtitled- but had some pretty funny bits. It is translated to Three Summers. Most movies shown are not mainstream.

Definitely have mosquito repellent and you can even bring your own pillow. The deckchairs get a bit uncomfortable after 1 hour… but it was all good overall.

Some extra photos just out and about
